The European project Cooperation for Health 2 (CoofHea2), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and National funds from Greece and Italy, focuses on creating a cross-border network. This network aims to provide a systematic approach to addressing healthcare needs through strategic actions, pilot interventions, and the utilization of digital tools in the field of Health.
As part of the project, a two-day working meeting is scheduled for Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th December 2023, in the Apulia Region, Bari, Italy. This meeting, occurring close to the completion of project actions, targets all involved and potential stakeholders of the project.
During the two-day event, representatives from the National Organization for Quality in Health (ODIPY), the Greek Ministry of Health, the Apulia Region, the AReSS Puglia, and from other stakeholders and interested parties, will discuss the project results and the common goals for further utilization. Emphasizing the commitment of the partnership to continue improving healthcare services, following the path set by the CoofHea2 project and its predecessor (CoofHea), a session will focus on the new Interreg Greece-Italy Program 2021-2027, presenting priority axes and specific actions. The project teams will collaboratively plan new proposals focusing on the sustainability of CoofHea2 outcomes, the development of new tools and methodologies, and explore possibilities for further collaborations to evolve the project into a milestone in the healthcare sector.
